Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of travelbunny.services and any services you engage Travel Bunny to provide. By booking a consultation, submitting an intake form, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Travel Bunny provides business operations support: bookkeeping and financial organization using tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets; process automation; business analysis and requirement gathering; websites and digital visibility (SEO, design). Travel Bunny does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and is not a licensed financial advisor or accountant. Clients requiring financial planning or tax advice should consult a licensed professional.

Payment & Deposits

Project work begins after a deposit is paid, per the pricing quoted during your consultation. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your project agreement — typically after design/setup approval and before final delivery or launch.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time already committed. If work has not yet started, deposits are refundable in full within 48 hours of payment. Refund requests after work has started are evaluated case by case.

Client Approval

For website and design projects, work proceeds through client-approval checkpoints before moving to the next stage (e.g., design approval before final build, build approval before balance due). Delays in client feedback may extend project timelines accordingly.

Ownership

Once paid in full, final deliverables (websites, designs, documents, and setups) become the property of the client. Travel Bunny retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Monthly Services (Local Ad Screen, Retainers)

Recurring services (such as the Local Ad Screen at $3.99/month, or ongoing bookkeeping/support retainers) bill automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Bunny provides services on a best-effort, professional basis but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered systems, websites, or reports. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before relying on them for business decisions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
