If you become a client, we may also collect business and financial information you share through forms like our Financial Discovery Form, solely to deliver the bookkeeping or business-setup services you've engaged us for.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare for consultations, deliver contracted services, process payments, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to run parts of our business, including Stripe (payment processing), QuickBooks (bookkeeping), Cal.com (consultation booking), Firebase/Google (client dashboard login), Google Analytics (site usage data), and Tawk.to (live chat). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details — that's handled directly by Stripe.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may involve cookies that collect non-identifying usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Data Retention

We retain client information for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal/accounting record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
